My name is Tim Dailey. I'm a top performing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional with over 10 years’ experience implementing, configuring, customizing, training and supporting sales, marketing and operations teams with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Development and Design. Extensive background with sales support combined with technical knowledge and System Administration has led me to become a valuable asset.
My role is to help lead the charge when it comes to CRM design modifications, training, reporting and overall strategy for implementation and adoption. Primary focus is CRM data integrity, efficiency and utilization for new business development, marketing, customer service and operations.
